Thank you for considering King’s Harbor Church as a venue for your important life event. Below you will find information that will help you determine if our facility is a good fit for your event. The leadership at KHC desire to be good stewards of this beautifully designed space God has entrusted us with, and while it is our hope to serve you, specifically during times of celebration and loss, please note availability is limited during the week due to surrounding business parking restrictions and on weekends due to weekend services.

Our facility is not available for use during the following times: Easter week, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day and week following Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.


We believe marriage is a gift from God and look forward to helping you prepare for this very special celebration.

KHC Wedding Guidelines and Fees

KHC is committed to helping you honor the life of your loved one. We have experienced staff pastors that will walk with you during your time of grief and will help you plan a memorial service that will bring honor to their memory.

Other Outside Events

If you are interested in reserving a room at KHC for a meeting or other outside events please go to our Outside Events page to complete our Outside Events Form and for more information. Our Communications team reviews requests for facility usage every Tuesday and you will be notified once a decision is made. Please be aware our facility has limited availability therefore we cannot accommodate all requests.

Child Dedications

Child Dedications are designed not to make much of the parents or the child, but rather to focus on Christ. By participating, parents are publicly declaring their need for Christ’s help, and the church is corporately praying that these children will one day love Christ above all things and agreeing to come alongside the parents.

If you are interested in hosting an event or meeting at King’s Harbor Church, fill out the short form below. You will be contacted within 48 hours by a member of our King’s Harbor Staff. 30 day advance notice is requested for most events.

Suggested Facility Donation

200+ people = $500
100-200 people = $350
50-100 people = $200
49 and under people = $100

Audio/Visual Fee

AV is available for your event if requested, however, KHC subcontracts this service out and there is $100 per hour fee that will be paid directly to sub contractor. AV will be charged for wedding day only, there is not an additional fee for rehearsal.

KHC Wedding Coordinator Fee

There is a $250 flat rate fee for our KHC wedding coordinator. This fee will be paid directly to the coordinator and includes the day of wedding as well as the rehearsal.

Insurance Requirements

All outside events (excluding funerals) require a Certificate of Liability insurance. This is a requirement of KHC’s insurance company.
