Week 6 | We Become God’s Hands and Feet

Theme
Those who encounter God’s mercy are sent.
Reflection
God’s love does not end with us. Every encounter with His holiness and mercy carries a quiet momentum, an invitation to move outward. Those who have been met by God are gently sent into the very places they already inhabit, homes and neighborhoods, workplaces and classrooms, moments of joy and places of pain.
“As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.” — John 20:21
This sending is not reserved for the exceptional or the especially brave. It is not about grand gestures or dramatic acts of faith. More often, it takes the shape of faithful presence, showing up, listening well, bearing another’s burden, choosing compassion when apathy would be easier.
God continues His work of restoration through ordinary people who are willing to love where they are. The same mercy that was extended to us, now bids us go, and goes with us, shaping our steps, softening our hearts, directing our hands.
To be God’s hands and feet is simply to allow His love to move through us, quietly, faithfully, and with intention, into a world that is still in desperate need of a savior.
