How Kind and Good God Is

In the Bible, Jesus tells the story of a shepherd who had 100 sheep.  When one was lost, he left the other 99 to go and find that one lost sheep.  The shepherd was so happy when he found the lost sheep that he called his friends to celebrate. 

Did you know that the Bible tells us that Jesus calls Himself The Good Shepherd?  

He is our shepherd, and we are His sheep!

Because He is kind and loves us so much, He came to die for us and save us from our sins - just like the shepherd in the story did for his sheep.
