COVID-19 Safety Protocols:

 

Guest Safety Requirements:

  1. Mask wearing is required at all services and indoor events.
  2. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  3. Stay home when sick or with any flu-like symptoms.

Facility Cleaning Protocol:

  1. All restrooms will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each service.
  2. All Children's Ministry classrooms and toys will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each service.

Additional Safety Measures:

  1. Hand sanitizing stations will be located in multiple, convenient locations.
  2. Keeping doors propped open to reduce/eliminate the need to touch entrances.
  3. Drinking fountains have been disabled.

Contact Tracing:

  1. If a Guest experiences Covid-19 symptoms: Guests who experience COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of attending an on-site worship service are expected to contact the KHC Human Resources department immediately via email at . These guests are expected to follow CDC guidelines for self-quarantining and returning to health before registering for another on-site service at KHC.
  2. If a Guest confirms positive of COVID-19: All guests who attended the same on-site service as the guest who confirmed positive of COVID-19 will be notified. The guest who confirmed positive for COVID-19 will not be permitted to attend an on-site service until they have surpassed a 14-day symptom-free time period or have tested negative of COVID-19 in accordance with CDC guidelines.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Do I have to register for the on-site service?
A: As of Sunday, May 9, 2021, we no longer require pre-registration for our On-Site services. Seating will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Q: May I bring my children? Is there any Children's Ministry or Nursery available?
A: Yes, you may bring your child/ren. We currently have limited Children's Ministry available for preschool through fifth grade. We ask that families bringing children understand that all safety measures will apply to children as well (Children age 2 and younger are not required to wear a mask).

Q: Where do I park?
A: You may park in our regular parking areas: KHC front and back lots, Garnier Street, and at Howmet. You may park in any of these locations as space is available to do so. (View parking map)

Q: What if I forget my face mask or I don't have one?
A: KHC has a limited supply of face masks available for guests who do not have one. Face masks are required for our 9:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Sunday services. All other on-site events are mask optional.

Q: What do I do if I become ill with COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of attending an on-site service at King’s Harbor Church?
A: Please contact our Human Resources department immediately via email at, . (Your name will be kept confidential.) Please follow CDC guidelines for self-quarantining and returning to health before registering for another KHC on-site service.
